| Description | Plea of John Peacock and William Hunter, two inhabitants of the township of Nunnington, on behalf of themselves and the rest of the inhabitants, relating to the presentment of part of the highway beginning at or in the middle of the rivulet and extending southwards to the gate placed near the highway leading into Riccall Common, being 559 yards in length. The presentment is true and they submit themselves to the judgement of the court; but they are not guilty of the decay of the residue of the highway in the presentment
