From 17 September 1788 the highway has been in disrepair in the township of North Holme from the limits of premises occupied by George Wood of South Field yeoman through Brown's premises towards the premises of William Hay of North Holme yeoman, being 1,800 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth
Brown is liable for repairs because of his occupation of land on both sides of the highway |
