DescriptionBill of expenses of Christopher Smith for conveying four vagrants since the Christmas Sessions 1793. Includes orders dated between December 1792 and July 1793, and annotated with costs for:

- Henry Hilling, his wife and child, apprehended in the city of Durham, to be conveyed from Eryholme to Boroughbridge, on their way to their place of settlement in St Dunstan in the East in the city of London

- Thomas Massey, his wife Margaret and two children, apprehended in the city of Durham, to be conveyed from Eryholme to the city of York, on their way to their place of settlement in the parish of Bishop Wilton in the East Riding

- Rye Ingram, his wife, and son Henry, apprehended in the town of Trimdon, to be conveyed from Eryholme to Boroughbridge, on their way to their place of settlement in the township of Tideswell near Buxton in Derbyshire

- William Smith and Jane his wife, apprehended in the town of Trimdon, to be conveyed from Eryholme to the city of York, on their way to their place of settlement in the parish of St John, in the town and county of Kingston upon Hull
