DescriptionRecords relating to the diversion of a highway at Marderby in the parish of Felixkirk, including:

- certificate of two Justices that they have viewed part of the highway between the towns of Thirsk and Thirlby going through Marderby in the parish of Felixkirk for 814 yards and have found it "founderous and bad". They now order the highway to be diverted through the land of William Dent esquire at Marderby for 650 yards in length and 18 feet in breadth. The old highway is to be stopped-up and the land given to Mr Dent
