- Joseph Raw late of the township of Whitby mariner for stealing a piece of rope, part of a ship's cable called a towling, value 10d, the property of Henry Walker Yeoman esquire

- the inhabitants of the parish of Normanby for not repairing part of the highway leading from Salton to New Malton, beginning at a gate across the highway between the townships of Salton and Normanby, called Normanby Westfield Gate, and extending to the north end of Normanby Bridge, being 913 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth
