Description | Letter to the Justices at the adjourned Sessions at Thirsk from Thomas Dodsworth constable of the parish of St Leonard's in New Malton. He is bound by George Watson esquire in a recognizance to appear against Elizabeth Hutchinson, Thomas Moman, Milner Wilson and James Kunnel [sic], all for felonies. He is in poor health and can only attend in a chaise, which will cost two guineas exclusive of other expenses. He asks for this extra expense to be taken into consideration.
