| Description | Recognizance made by William Morton, Clerk and Treasurer of the Thirsk and Masham turnpike road, and John Harrison of Masham esquire, for Morton to account for all money that he receives as Clerk and Treasurer of the turnpike road from Thirsk to Masham under the Act of 28 George III. The road runs via Skipton Bridge, Baldersby and Baldersby Gate adjoining Hutton Moor on the way to Ripon, and through Ainderby Quernhow and Nosterfield by Wellflashes Gate to Masham
