- John Tooes otherwise Toes; charged with breaking open a chest at Whitby, the property of William Whitfield of Pickering, and stealing wearing apparel. Committed on 16 October 1781

- Thomas Webdale; charged on the oath of William Lee of Guisborough with stealing a bundle of cloth, a bottle of black beer and a small parcel from his cart. Committed on 24 October 1781

- Isabella Kidd; charged with stealing a linen shift, the property of Ann Anderson of Whitby. Committed on 18 December 1781

- George Stockton and Ann Sparrow; found guilty of grand larceny at the Assizes held at the Castle of York on 28 July 1781. Sentenced to be imprisoned at the House of Correction at Thirsk for six months, and then discharged

- Ann Whorlton; found guilty of grand larceny at the Assizes held at the Castle of York on 28 July 1781. Sentenced to be imprisoned at the House of Correction at Thirsk for two years, with possible transfer to a penitentiary house
