Description | Bill of indictment of Ann Unthanke late of Guisborough spinster for saying on oath in a case between William Geer junior plaintiff and Robert Geer and William Geer senior defendants that "the defendants had thirty beasts which trespassed to the plaintiff and did him damage to the value [of] four pounds ten shillings, and that the defendants stood over her the said Anne Unthanke with staves in their hands and threatened to kill her if she turned the defendants' cattle out of the plaintiff's close"
