(2) are appointed trustees and governors for a school in Horton in Ribblesdale (commonly called Horton School) (1) conveys to (2) and their successors 1/3 of land to be divided into 3 parts now occ by (1), lately occ by Christopher Burtton; and all that herbage, pasturing, pasture ground and soil set forth as follows: beginning at south end of a place called Reapott from there east down to the Overdale Wall and to the Bleyke Barke, along to the Dull Side to the Float Gapp at the low end of Burblagill, up to Salters leap, to an old fold on the skirt of Pen-y Ghent, up Pen-y-Ghent side to the middle of the hill, on the top of Hurry Hill, south down to the Wall head, down to Harelpot Rigge, to Reapott again (1) to retain interest for life Immediately after the determination of the estate (2) shall choose a schoolmaster who will be unmarried and in Holy Orders. From the appointment (2) shall use rents for his benefit (2) to nominate successor on death of a governor
