Summary of case: [Includes case papers for NRCC/CL 9/1/5799 and NRCC/CL 9/1/4403] ‘I am writing to ask if I can have another appeal for my man Joseph Verrill Cole he had a medical exam on the 7 of May last and was put in grade 3 which they said they were not calling grade 3 up then so came home, which now h is called up for the 1 October for labour and under the circumstances our trade being a certified trade repairing fishing boats etc and as I have tried all over and cannot get a man and are busy repairing for the winter fishing, I should be obliged if you could give me permission for another appeal, an early reply would oblige.’
