Summary of case: The appellant is a tenant farmer and works the farm alone with his sister managing the dairy. He works on his father's farm. His father is 77 and infirm. There are no hired hands and he is unable to get help with the harvest. Three months exemption was previously granted on the application of his father and at that time the appellant's name was not listed as farmer. This is a recent addition. Considered that the father and sister were capable of working the farm.
