Summary of case: My farm lies very wide 176a, 120 pasture, 53 meadow and 3 arable, I released one man last May day. I now appeal for this son to be left till after hay time or I shall have to give up as I cannot work the 3 young horses without a man. I have only a lad of 17 left and he is not used to horses and could not manage them. It would not be to the national interest for the crops to be rotting in the fields, when they ought to be cut and gathered. If he is left till then I won't appeal anymore.
