Summary of case: It is absolutely essential that this man's labour should be retained on the farm. He cannot be replaced owing to the difficulty, if not the impossibility of getting another man to do the work which he does. Nothing but a skilled man would be able to deal with the horses. If I have to keep up my head of stock and keep the farm in cultivation I must have this skilled and reliable man, apart from my son as I am 73 years of age and cannot possibly do the work myself.
