Summary of case: The reason to support the application is the above named is my only son I have at age for military service. He is the main support for the maintenance of my household. On an average he earns 35 shillings per week. If he had to accept military service it would incur serious hardship to me. I am very hard of hearing and short sighted, nearly blind, also very much decrepit of one hand through blood poisoning. Trusting you will give my appeal due consideration.
