Summary of case: My son is engaged in work of national importance. He is a wholesale fish buyer and is consequently in a certified occupation. He buys at Scarborough in the mornings and at Bridlington about four days a week in the afternoons
. I am 60 years of age. About nine years ago I had a fall and injured my head and since that time I have suffered from brain trouble, which has prevented me from doing any work except such as addressing labels, mending boxes etc.
