Summary of case: (a)(d)(g) I am the sole working head of a large wholesale grocers and food distributing business serving the district between Guisborough, Scarborough, Malton, Pickering and Helmsley etc – There is no one who could take my place. (f) I have been a member of the Society of Friends all my life and my parents were Friends, and I have always held the view that all participation in War is unmoral I served in the Friends War Victims Relief Part till the breakdown of my father’s health forced me to return to the business.
