Summary of case: In 1912 Frank had a very bad accident whilst working on his father’s farm. He was only able to do light work after this. He was obliged to give up and took on my current work as a milk recorder and secretary for the Live Stock Improvement Scheme under the Board of Agriculture. To enable a man above military age to join the army. This work is of national importance. He was rejected on military grounds as unfit.
