Summary of case: I am married with one child. I am 25 years old. My wife is delicate and suffers from some internal complaint and is continually in bed. In May 1917 on the suggestion of the tribunal I obtained work of national importance and have worked regularly at Wilson Copley & Co on ship repairs. I require further medical examination as I suffer from palpitations, neurasthenia and bad eyesight.
