Summary of case: Fletcher is aged 87 and farmers of 204 acres with 6 cart horse, 40 cattle, 100 hogs, 45 ewes and 75 lambs. Joseph has three men working on the farm; Arthur is his grandson, Thomas Fletcher, aged 51, his son and a 21 year old horseman. It is difficult to get any other help.
