He national service representative appealed this and stated It is not in the national interest that the business should be continued in the present circumstances, and no exceptional hardship would arise by reason of the man being required to join the army. The rent of the premises was stated to be £6-10-0 per annum. The local tribunal gave exemption to 1 Aug 1918 which I ask should be made final.
