If he goes it will cause serious financial loss and the only assistance he will have in carrying it on would be his 17-year-old daughter. He has an insurance connection which has taken 23 years to make and a large number of National Insurance Members who he administers benefits. He has a family of 6 children, the youngest being 6 months old, and his wife has been suffering from an internal complaint which debars her from doing laborious work.
