Summary of case: Maurice is the only support on a working farm of 135 acres and a stray on the moor. The father suffers from gastric ulcers and a weak heart due to an attack of pleurisy. Because of his father's very delicate health he is the sole supporter of the family, a mother and two young sisters. His only brother, a volunteer early in 1915, died of wounds received in action in France. Storey has an exemption from the Agriculture Committee number 559
