Summary of case: Manages a farm for his father of 288 acres with a stray for sheep to the open moor. On the Sourmire farm he has no-one to assist him, although his father drops in now and again and his sister looks after the house for him. There are six sons some of whom are serving. But it is imperative that Vincent remains otherwise the farm will become derelict. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/4564]
