Summary of case: Davison was a retail draper and absolute exemption was granted for three months in April 1916 and a review on the request of The military representative in May 1917 was dismissed subject to Mr Davison being engaged on Munitions Work. This he did, and later a further review was requested by national service representative, however now his munition employers hold a Munitions Area Recruiting Officer Exemption Certificate, therefore there is no need for an appeal against the review.
