Summary of case: The appellant is the only employee on his father’s farm and nearby farm of 180 acres. James Dodds daughter has been ill since August 196 and is under the doctor. She is in a delicate state of health. Robert also works on his Uncle John’s farm who is 79 and unable to do any heavy work as he has muscular rheumatism.
