Summary of case: Neale is a married man medical classification originally C3 now grade 2 owing to discharge of the ears etc. He is landlord of the Cattle Market Inn a house doing a large amount of business. He has a considerable amount of money invested in the business. He was employed for 25by Mr Fletcher of Stamford bridge a Ready Made Clothier, and he has the management of the shop in Walmgate. During the day time an old man of 76 can look after it, but it requires a man with technical knowledge of clothing and other matters to deal with Walmgate customers and the trade done in the evenings. He was also engaged for a short time in Munitions with Messrs Shepee of York. His duties are to test and pass PistonsÂ…..he also has a child of 13 who has recently undergone an operation for a growth in his throat.
