Summary of case: I am close on 64 years of age my farm is 143 acres. I also have an unenclosed common for my sheep. It would be quire impossible to shepherd this at my age and her is only hand I have on the farm. I have had blood poisoning in my hand and am unable to milk. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/4507]
