Summary of case: Son is engaged on buying and distributing fish to all parts of the country, which is of great national importance and is so regarded by the Board of Agriculture & Fisheries. His father suffers from brain trouble due to an accident and cannot do any brain work. He has had the business for 28 years and his father had it before him. ‘If my son was taken from me, my business, which is a one man business and an old established one, would be closed, as I could not possibly carry it on without him, and very serious hardship would consequently ensue.’
