Summary of case: ‘This man is necessary to the conduct of this branch and we cannot get anyone to fill his place so that the branch will have to be closed if exemption be not granted. As to personal hardship both the man’s children are under the doctor and one is in bed suffering from pneumonia and he will have a heavy doctor’s bill to meet, and it is desirable in the interest if the children that they should go away for a change. It will be impossible for such expenses to be net unless the exemption is continued.’
