Summary of case: Manages his mothers business, and her other son is in the military as well as eight assistants who used to work at her business, all the work that would normally have been completed by the other members of the team is now being completed by Louis. His mother cannot manage by herself as she is over sixty. The son also has to supervise a pawnbroking firm at Bridge Street. They want a renewal of their exemption. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/4377]
