Summary of case: Native of Belostock in Russia and has been in England for over 19 years. He has a business which is spread all over the Cleveland district, with about 800 customers. He states that if he has to leave in order to go to war that he will lose all that he has created in terms of his business. As well as nobody to cover him whiles he was away.
