Summary of case: He has to look after his five siblings, four girls aged 6,9,12 and 18, as he has no parents. The sister who is 18 has to do the housework. As well as this he has no close relatives who could possibly look after the children. His brother, who is 15, works at the butchers. We are under the Guardians [Poor law Union] and they will not allow his18-year-old sister to maintain the house by herself. All this would result in the sale of the family home.
