Summary of case: ‘My business is controlled entirely by myself. I have an exceptionally busy practice in extracting and filling teeth, also making and supplying dentures. About 80% of my patients are male and female munition workers and shipyard workers also. I attend to the teeth of a large number of school children. I am constantly employed every day, Sundays included, and am at the service of the public at all hours of the day and night. I have always a considerable amount of work in hand and I consider that I am necessary in my vocation to the public health. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/4289]
