Summary of case: In their reasons for their decision the local tribunal states ‘For the same reasons as before, the local tribunal continued this man's conditional exemption, against which there was no appeal not that the National Service Representative was disinclined to make appeals which on the contrary were of very frequent occurrence. The circumstances have not altered for the better.’ The National Service Representative appealed against their decision and states that ‘it is not in the national interest the man should remain in Civil Employment as a Draper.’
