The state that they cannot get a substitute, the man has been taught the work, also he is a discharged soldier and taken the place of one called up. The National Service Representative stated that the man being single, age 22, Grade I and not engaged ion work of national importance should be released for the army. The man served three months in the army and has been discharged for over two years and has since been taught the occupation he is now following.
