Summary of case: In the reasons for Scarborough local tribunal adjourning the case for three month they state: ‘The local tribunal were impressed by the argument as to the milk supply and as this argument applied to other adjourned all the cases to see if there could be any means devised for maintaining the supply of milk to the Borough by co-operation or otherwise. They approached the Milk Dealers Association; the result is that they feel assured that the distribution of milk will NOT suffer through the absence of the appellant.’ They withdrew William’s certificate and stated he was not to be called up until 17 Feb 2018. Williams appealed against this decision to the North Riding Appeal Tribunal
