H Thorney Clerk to the North riding Appeal tribunal replies that Mr Dixon has not requested the form within three days of the decision on the case of Mr Walker. Dixon replies he asked for the form within two days and Thornley replies he is in error since ;your application for a form was sent on February 1 as your letter is dated next day and was received here on the 4 and is therefore out of time.’
