Summary of Case: He is employed as a farm worker being the sole worker of the farm. In addition to this he has dependent parents father is 77 and mother is 72, an invalid and very bad. The doctor says they are not fit to be left with a little girl of 13. If he goes to war his parents will have to leave the farm and his appeal is that he is needed to keep the farm and home together.
