Summary of case: Previous exemption allowed until 18 Nov 1918.As well as being the headmaster of Richmond National School Hornby holds a multitude of roles in the area including Secretary of the Central Saving Committee, member of the food control and food economy campaign, carries out the clerical role for the school as the clerk has already gone off to war.
