He has also been rejected several times on health grounds and states My present classification is unreasonable and I ask for another medical Exam. Crowe was granted another medical examination. A succession of paperwork overrides the decision as it is agreed that Crowe is doing important work for the war office working in Newcastle, 25 March 1918.
