Two brothers killed on invalided to home service out of four also four brother in laws serving.’ In their decision to cancel his certificate of exemption the local tribunal stated that, ‘He is a married man with five children and the wife would therefore receive a considerable amount in allowances. The tribunal were of the opinion that they could not at this stage grant any further exemption on the sentimental grounds mentioned in the Notice of Appeal.’
