Summary of Case: The appellant states that Matthew Carter looks after the milk herd, milk round and the other farm animals. There is another man on the farm who sees to the horses and odd jobs but is ‘not capable of doing satisfactory work without supervision’. The appellant states that he had tried to get someone to do the work but without success. He feels that Matthew is indispensable to him and if he is called up he would have to considerably reduce his stock and the milk supply’ He also states that beastman is a certified occupation.
