Summary of case: The local tribunal had previously given a series of exemptions totalling 15 months both with his previous employer Mr John Neal and his present employer Margaret Neasham. They said that it appeared that he was indifferent as to whether he wished to remain at the farm or not. Probably a suitable substitute may be found. In her appeal to the North Riding Appeal Tribunal, his employer claims he is the only man for a 230 acre farm with nine working horses and five other horses and one small youth passed C1 for whom she is also appealing.
