In their statement to the North Riding Appeal Tribunal they said that ‘the son of Mrs Neasham, the appellant, could give no satisfactory information and, there being no sufficient information on the form of application, the tribunal thought the case had better go before the North Riding Appeal Tribunal who no doubt will be able to find a satisfactory substitute. On account of holidays and otherwise the man has already had an extra month.‘
