Summary of case: The local tribunal granted an exemption to Thornborrow on the grounds that he ‘has carried out the duties satisfactorily for which the local tribunal gave him his previous exemption viz:- to run a motor service between Reeth and Richmond. It is true there is now another man running a service but he came last summer and eft the district when the summer work was done. For anything we know to the contrary he may do the same again.
