Summary of Case: ‘I have two farms (1½ miles apart) 20 and 30 acres respectively. J C Eggleston is manager of the 30 acres. The average stock consists of 12 head of cattle (including 5 milk cows) 36 sheep, 3 pigs, 1 horse and 1500 head of pyre-bred poultry, which are moved from one farm to the other as desired.
