Summary of Case: I have two farms (1½ miles apart) 20 and 30 acres respectively. J C Eggleston is manager of the 30 acres. The average stock consists of 12 head of cattle (including 5 milk cows) 36 sheep, 3 pigs, 1 horse and 1500 head of pyre-bred poultry, which are moved from one farm to the other as desired. In addition to the work in connection with the above, J C Eggleston has charge of the incubation room, with 4000 egg capacity. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/2841]
