Though this man has very considerable business obligations I wish this case to be considered by the Appeal tribunal at the same time as that of the other Auctioneer in Thirsk Viz. C H Freeman, Chapel Street, Thirsk, who has entered a claim for extension of exemptions with the Appeal Tribunal, with a view to the release of one of them for the army.’
