Summary of Case: Robinson had been granted an exemption to 1 October 1917. His employer is now appealing for a further exemption stating that Robinson is regularly employed running two engines pumping drinking water. He also acts as estate foreman and may need to fell and dress trees for pit props. He also keeps down the rabbit population. He is the only able bodied man on the estate. [See also NRCC/CL 9/1/3240]
