Summary of Case: On 21 June 1917 the North Riding Appeal Tribunal had granted exemption to1 Oct 1917, conditional on working three full days per week in agriculture and /keeping a diary of work. King appeals for a further exemption to the North Riding Appeal Tribunal stating that he is married with three children and was initially rejected by the military medical board.
